I believe in taking risks in life and living every day to the fullest! We are often too scared to pursue our dreams...I let them motivate and challenge me! I love my life, my family, my job and my friends! I need no alcohol to break it down on the dance floor, however, Karoke is a little different story. I love to motivate and encourage others, I think that is why I love my job so much. I have been a part of the entertainment industry for almost 20 yrs...where does the time go! I LOVE the sun and often plug in my sun lamp whenever the Portland rain gets me down. I am at the gym often and for 10 years taught "Bootcamp" at 5:30AM..I know INSANE! I now teach pilates and group cycle in the evening. I really enjoy not getting up at 4:30am anymore. Do be quite honest, I don't think I could. I often travel to LA and NY and can not wait to see the rest of the world. When life seems to get a little overwhelming I have a little nervous breakdown, pick myself up and start right where I left off.

I could not live w/o my Piano, I love Dancing, working out, skiing, water sports, interior design and lots of other things. I work with SEI (Self Enhancement Inc.) and Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation.

People that have great attitudes! That is one perk of my job is that I am constantly meeting new people. I Love it! People are what make the world go round...ok, maybe that is a higher force, but people sure do make it interesting!

I love hip-hop and R&;B...John Legend's new cd is AWESOME! I also like Sade, The Fray, 3 doors down, Maroon 5, Gwen Stephani, Elton John, Coldplay, this list could go on forever. Did I mention our own Geoff Byrd and his awesome band? They Rock too!
